Checklist/Procedure for Teams/Squads that will participate in the Under Armour AYF/AYC National Championships
1. Complete all mandatory paperwork. Prior to competiting in a sanctioned qualifying Regional of Conference Tournament, ensure each player, their respective guardians, all volunteers and all associations have completed all of the items in the mandatory forms packages and have had them certified by their Regional representatives. (Download all forms packages/paperwork below).
2. Qualify for the National Championships by participating in a regional championship, a sanctioned qualifier or receiving an wildcard from a National Commissioner. Otherwise, invitational division teams/squads must be approved by a National AYF/AYC Commissioner.
3. Register team/squad via the National Competition On-line Team Entry/Registration form at (www.myayf.com).
You must complete the registration form in full and pay the registration fee. Details and due dates are listed below. Upon completion of the on-line registration form, each team will receive a unique Team Booking Code. Note: On-line Registrations from teams that have not been approved by the AYF Football Commissioner/AYC Cheer Commissioner/ or a sanctioned AYF Regional Host will not be eligible for the event.
4. Book team accommodations at one of the AYF/AYC-approved hotels using the Team Booking Code assigned to your team at the end of the registration process (step 3). For a detailed explanation of this process and hotel options see the Travel & Accomodations page.
5. Arrive in Orlando in time for the allotted Check-in Day. AYF check-in is Saturday December 3rd and AYC Check-in is Thursday December 8th (see schedule). All participants must be in attendance at team check-in. All teams must have completed paperwork/ID's and Team Books and have had them approved and certified by the Regional Representative. Head Coaches must attend the mandatory coaches meeting in their respective sport.

Regional and Qualifying Information
To qualify for the National Championship Tournament, your team must compete in a Regional Tournament or qualify for entrance as a Wild Card. Regional Competition information is available for members at www.MyAyf.com.
If for some reason you do not have access into www.MyAyf.com please ask your league's administration to "add you as a user." Access to MyAYF.com is available to all AYF administrators and coaches.
All Invitational Division Teams and Squads must commit their attending teams to AYF/AYC National Headquarters prior to completing the On-line Registration form or your team/squad will risk eligibility in the tournament:

National Tournament Registration
Access the National Competition On-line Team Entry/Registration Form
The On-lineTeam Entry/Registration Form is DUE by November 21 at Midnight.
Any entries past November 21 are not guaranteed a place in the tournament and will risk coverage in event media.
In order to complete the National Competition On-line Registration Form found at MyAYF.com
You must be prepared to do the following:
1. Sign-in to www.MyAYF.com
2. Select the Events tab, followed by National championships tab. Then select “Register for The National Championships”
3. Select the Team/Squad from your Profile that has qualified to compete in at the National Championships
4. Ensure that all team details are set and accurate, including: Team Name, Division, Coaches, Team Contact
5. Confirm the Team Roster
6. Have a team picture (in jpg format, a minimum size of 300 dpi) on your computer and ready to upload.
7. Submit credit card or check Information for the entry fee payment
Once your payment is complete, you will receive your "AYF REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION NUMBER and TEAM BOOKING CODE’ which will allow you access to book rooms in the mandatory hotel accommodations. Any team reservations made without this code will not be eligible for participation.
All qualifying national championship participants (football and cheer) will need to have ALL FORMS and ID's certified by their local Conference and Regional Representatives. All requirements must be completed in order to be eligible for play. There will be no exceptions. Forms can be found below (consult your regional representative for details).
Football Teams must arrive at Check-In with an Official MyAYF.com team MPR Form- this can be printed in the roster section of MyAYF.com (find instructions here).
All Participants are required to stay at approved hotels. More information can be found on the Travel & Accommodations page.

Mandatory Forms for Participants/Parents, Coaches/Volunteers and Teams/Associations
All forms must be fully completed, signed and presented at REGIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS or a Sanctioned Qualifying event. Once Forms are certified and/or collected at these qualifying events, the AYF/AYC National Certification Committee will ensure accuracy and provide eligibiltiy for participation at National championships pending ID/Roster vertification at National Championships Check-in.
Teams' and Athletes' with Incomplete forms may face disqualification. Please see the Check in Procedure and Forms below.
