The Official AYF/AYC Party at Universal Studios
AYF and AYC have the opportunity to privately enjoy Universal Studio’s. It is a great way for teams and squads to get to hang out and meet other AYF and AYC athletes. Pre-Sale TICKETS available here. Tickets will also be sold at The Host hotel and ATP.
Head Coaches Football Meeting:
Meeting is mandatory for all head coaches and up to 2 additional coaches per team. Meeting is also open to any team/club administrator that would like to attend. Football brackets will be distributed at the meeting.
Cheer Coaches Meeting :
This meeting is mandatory for Head Coaches, but all squad coaches and administrators are welcome. Pertinent information for competing squads and the Competitions Order of Appearance will be distributed at this meeting.
'EPIC' Coaches Conference:
Epic will host a free cheer clinic for AYC Coaches and lend some EPIC coaching tips and tricks that you will not be able to live without . REGISTERATION LINK COMING SOON
Football and Cheer Check-Ins:
Team check-ins are to be attended by the entire team/squad and their coaching staff. Teams must have all the required paperwork, team books and ID's with them. Football teams must show up in jerseys. Cheer squads do not have to wear uniforms, but should dress in team colors/outfits as there will be Lifetouch Sports team pictures taken at Check-in. The Check-in center is open toTeams/Squads only, however there is an adjoining area that is open for families and fans so they can get their souvenirs, tickets and more and meet up with their teams/squads post check-in.
School of the Legends – Big League Combine:
Monday, Dec 9th 2:00 p.m. & Tuesday, Dec 10th 2:00 p.m.
Meet real NFL legends.
Combine Includes: 40 Yard Dash, 3 Cone Shuffle, Medicine Ball Throw, Vertical Jump.
Prizes for every athlete. Open to all AYF National Championship Teams & Individual Players

AYF Awards Ceremony Circle:
All Teams will attend an Award Ceremony following their final game of the tournament. Ceremonies will take place between the AYF tent and Field House, in the center of the ATP Venue.
Hall of Fame Reception and Induction Ceremony:
Hall Of Fame VIP Reception will be by invite only and welcome all VIP credentialed attendees. The event is presented by Sadler & Co Insurance.
Discounted Theme Park Tickets and Local Attractions:
Local attraction and theme park tickets can be bought at special AYF/AYC discount prices at the Host Hotel during open hours and at Austin Tindall Park during scheduled football game times.
